June 2018 New Updates and Releases

We skipped the article on May since there wasn't a release but the team was working as usual under the hood as we all are getting ready for the new season:

1. Team admins and club admins can update player details now from their dashboard. League admins should be able to view a "lock button" in their league table area beside each division.

Uncocking it for a time period will enable the team admins to make changes on their end by clicking the Edit link under the name of each player. This will mainly enable the team admin to update address, contact details for both the players and parents as well as let them update photos.

The League admin should unlock this feature in a suitable time when the updates are no longer allowed.

Once the changes have been made by the team admin, the league admin can check and approve all the updates by going to Dashboard> Player Mangement > Updates:

2. We are going to introduce League payments, a feature where leagues can now collect registration fees from teams. This feature will go live as soon as we receive a "go ahead" from our merchant service provider go cardless.

3. The latest news pod on the homepage has been given a bit more functionality like displaying the latest news bigger and added a "More news" button. So for the leagues, who need to display more than 3 news at a time can post and display as many news as they want.
