Why do you charge a release fee?

The £25 fee (inc. VAT) is what we charge to release domain names. There is no charge if you continue to use our service.

Please note that for a domain that you have transferred in to us (ie where you have ownership of the domain), you can go directly to Nominet and pay them £10 + VAT to change the IPS-TAG without our involvement. However, we are not aware as to the full Nominet process and how long this will take.

Upon receipt of payment we can change your IPS-TAG within 24-48 hours.
