Changing the destination of the 'Contact us' tab

You can edit where the messages from your ‘Contact us’ form are sent. These messages can be sent:

1. To your dashboard inbox only
2. To an email address only (the email address you have added in your ‘My Profile’ section)
3. To both your dashboard inbox and an email address (the email address you have added in your ‘My Profile’ section)

You can amend these options in the ‘Inbox’ area by clicking on the appropriate icon in the black navigation bar at the top of the screen.

 

Once in, you can make your choice in the 'Manage' box found on the right hand side of the page - which should save your changes automatically.
